How do I receive booking requests?

    Hi there, 

    I am unable to receive booking requests for the 31st of December. Families have reached out to me and told me they cant book me and I have no idea why. Can someone please help me with this?

    Hi Taylor! This may be due to a setting on your account. Please make sure to double check that the 'Not accepting new families' setting isn't turned on. If it is, new parents won't be able to send you booking requests. You can find this on your Account Settings page!
