Members can use UrbanSitter's flag system to report activity on UrbanSitter that violates our Reliability Policy, Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Our Member Services team is notified of all flags and takes appropriate action if necessary. Flags are totally confidential - rest assured the member you flagged will not be notified of your flag to Support.
To flag a job post or member profile, tap the flag button and fill out the form including the reason for your flag. We recommend including as much detail as possible so our team can investigate and follow up quickly.
You can flag a member from their profile. To flag a job post, tap on the job (or if on the web, first click Full Details) then the flag button.
We take all member reports seriously and may take appropriate action in response to flags to uphold the trust, safety, and integrity of the UrbanSitter community. The flag system is not meant for caregivers to express interest in jobs or contact families. If this is an emergency, please contact your local authorities first then follow up with our team so we can take action if necessary.
