If the charge for your membership renewal fee was unsuccessful due to an issue with your credit card, you will be notified via email and prompted to update your credit card information on your Payment page. Our system will attempt to re-process this charge and if successful, your membership will continue. If after the six-day grace period you do not update your credit card, your membership will be automatically downgraded and your account will have limited access to contact and book sitters. You're always welcome to re-upgrade your account to a membership plan to continue on your sitter search!
