My membership renewal charge failed: what do I do?

If your membership renewal charge was unable to autoprocess on your account, you will receive an email notification and will be allowed a six-day grace period to update your payment info. After that time, your account will be automatically downgraded back to Limited Preview mode.

If you have recently noticed a failed payment which resulted in a downgrade of your account, you can renew your upgraded membership via the Account Settings page or reach out to for assistance.
