When you select a membership plan or Access Pass and have a promo code active on your account, you will still be required to add your credit card info in order to process the payment, even if the code covers the entire cost of the plan. This is for two reasons:
- To allow you to select the option to pay sitters via credit card when establishing bookings; you can only select this option when you have a valid credit card on file.
- To enable the system to autoprocess renewal fees for the Monthly and Annual membership options.
Remember, you can cancel your membership at anytime by logging in on the web and navigating to the Account Settings page. For more info on how to cancel, please refer to our FAQ on how to cancel your membership plan.
