If you've had a negative experience with a family that you'd like to report to Support, we encourage you to submit feedback and flag the issue to us. If this is an emergency, please contact your local authorities first then follow up with our team so we can take action if necessary.
When sitters complete their first job with a new family, they are sent an email with the opportunity to give feedback on their experience of the job and with that particular parent. Our Trust and Safety team reviews this feedback on a daily basis and follows up with sitters appropriately. This feedback is not shared publicly or with the parent but is reviewed privately by our team.

We take all member reports seriously and may take appropriate action in response to reports to uphold the trust, safety, and integrity of the UrbanSitter community.
