If you've had a negative experience with a sitter you wish to report, we urge you to flag the issue to our Trust & Safety team by posting a review, flagging their profile, or emailing Support. If this is an emergency, please contact your local authorities first then follow up with us so we can take action if necessary.
After you complete a booking with a new sitter, you can post a public or private review detailing your experience. Other families will be able to see and benefit from your experience if your review is public. Regardless, our Trust & Safety team evaluates all public and private reviews 3-stars or below.
You can also flag the sitter's profile following instructions here. Sitters aren't notified of your flag and our team will review and follow up accordingly.
If you have any relevant documentation surrounding your report, we encourage you to email us and attach the documentation along with a detailed account of your experience for our team to review.
We take all member reports seriously and may take appropriate action in response to reports to uphold the trust, safety, and integrity of the UrbanSitter community.
