Caregivers get paid for job bookings and paid interviews via cash or credit (direct deposit). The payment method of the booking is determined by the family or care seeker when they send the request, and they are expected to pay you for each completed job or interview.
For cash bookings, the family pays you in cash, check, or payment transfer app at the end of the job or interview, the booking closes, and that’s it. You don’t need to do anything else! Note if you only accept cash, you won’t be able to book or express interest in credit card jobs posted on the Job Board.
- Booking end time passes
- Caregiver is notified and confirms their hours worked
- Family is notified and reviews payment total, adds optional tip, and submits payment
- Caregiver receives the payment via direct deposit
To start accepting direct deposits for credit bookings, add your payout information to your Payment & Payout page and the accepts credit card badge will be added to your profile. Learn more about how confirming your hours and when to expect payment here.
