How does Collective Go™ work?
Collective Go™ is a web and mobile product designed to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission through daily symptom checking and regular testing. The product is backed by a clinical protocol that helps guide you through getting tested and regularly tracking COVID-19 symptoms. Collective Go™ helps you upload your COVID-19 test results and track your symptoms. When you’ve tested negative and are symptom-free, Collective Go™ issues an active certificate. This certification is what families and sitters should show one another when working together to show they’re compliant with the Collective Go™ testing and symptom tracking protocol. As an extra precaution, we recommend validating in-person that the sitter or family is not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
For your “ID Number,” enter your individual ID that was sent with your UrbanSitter activation code upon purchase. You can find that in your Benefits account under “Personal Information.”
Step 2: Get tested and track your symptoms. You can upload any recent test that has been completed within the last 7 days.
- Schedule your first test on your own. Depending on where you are and who you test with, it will likely take 1-3 days to get your results.
- Start tracking your symptoms daily.
Step 3: Once your test has processed and you haven't reported any symptoms, you’ll receive an active Compliance Certificate from Collective Go.
Step 4: Continue to track your symptoms daily. Within your "Tasks", you will need to submit your daily symptom status online each day. Once you receive your test results, you can upload them to the app. Pending the results of your test and your symptom status, you may be prompted to take another test.
What is the Compliance Certificate? What does active and inactive mean?
Your Compliance Certificate status will be based on your compliance with the Collective Go™ Protocol. If a user does not complete a task for 48 hours since the last completion of the symptom checker, the user’s certificate is invalidated, regardless of test results or remaining certificate life. If you develop symptoms of COVID-19, you should self-isolate and contact your medical provider for further instructions, or 911 if you are having trouble breathing.
