How to redeem a credit code

To redeem a credit or gift card to your account,

1. Go to your Credits page
2. In the Voucher code field, enter the credit code
3. Click Redeem

Credits are applicable towards membership fees only, caregiver payments only, or both. Available credits automatically apply towards your transactions in order of the date of the charge until the $ value is used up or the expiration date passes. Read more about paying caregivers with credit here.

If you have trouble redeeming a credit code and receive an error message, please double-check your credit code name and expiration date. If you continue to receive this message, please email Member Services.
