Update your email and text notification settings on the UrbanSitter website. On the app, tap More > Account > Notification Settings to update push notifications for new job post alerts.
To update or unsubscribe from email and text notifications:
- Go to your Settings
- Scroll to Communication
- Select or deselect email and text notifications as desired
- To unsubscribe from all notifications, deselect all boxes
What to know about notifications:
Next to Booking requests, select whether families can send you interview and booking requests only when your Calendar says you’re available, or any time.
Next to New families, check the box to prevent new families from sending you booking requests. You can continue booking jobs with families you’ve already worked for.
To receive alerts when new jobs are posted to the Job Board, select Send me alerts for jobs posted within the working distance set on my profile. Go to your profile > Locations to set your working distance. Read more about updating your location here.
Please note aside from any updates to your notification settings, you will continue to receive email and app notifications related to any job posts, messages, bookings, or purchases you initiate on UrbanSitter.
