Canceling your membership sets your auto-renewing membership plan to expire at the end of the billing cycle. After your membership expires, you will lose access to membership benefits: families won’t be able to contact new caregivers, and caregivers won’t be able to contact new families or express interest in jobs. Note that canceling your membership does not erase your account information and all bookings, messages, and transactions will be saved for when you return. You can always reupgrade your account to a membership plan in the future.
Deactivating your account effectively closes your account and you won’t be able to log in. This also effectively cancels your membership plan. Your account information will be saved and you can request to reactivate later on if you wish. Learn how to deactivate your account here.
