How to redeem a gift card

To redeem a gift card to your account:

1. Go to your Credits page
2. In the Voucher code field, enter the gift card code
3. Click Redeem

As a note, this credit will automatically apply towards your next caregiver's payment via credit card or UrbanSitter membership fees, whichever comes first. When processing a caregiver's credit card payment, simply confirm their payment as you would to process a normal credit card payment and any applicable credits will apply automatically with no further action on your behalf.

UrbanSitter gift cards are redeemable for family & caregiver membership fees and caregiver payments via credit card, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to multiple accounts. For more information, please see our Gift card terms.

If you have trouble redeeming a gift card and receive an error message, please double-check your gift card code. If you continue to receive this message, please email Member Services.
