How to add credit card to account

To upgrade your membership and pay caregivers via credit card, you'll need to add a credit/debit card to your account. UrbanSitter partners with the leaders in payment security to ensure that your information is safely stored. 

To add your card:

1. Go to your Payment page
2. Add card details
3. Accept Payment Terms
4. Click Add Credit Card

If you already have a card on file and need to add a new one, click Remove Card then add your new information.

Tip: Make sure to double-check the CVC/CVV and billing address if you have trouble adding your card. We don't support prepaid debit cards or international cards outside of the U.S.
