How to sign up: families seeking care

As a family or individual seeking care, sign up for UrbanSitter on the website or app with your Facebook account, Google account, or email address. Signing up via Facebook allows you to discover caregivers recommended by your friends and connections! We respect your privacy and do not post anything to your social media accounts without your permission.

To sign up,

1. Go to UrbanSitter
2. Click Sign up > Find Care
3. Choose your sign up option
4. Enter name and password
5. Click Sign Up
6. Follow the registration screens and tell us more about your needs to start customizing your caregiving search

Before you're able to book a caregiver, you may need to verify your identity by connecting a social account or by submitting additional information.
