How to submit a caregiver recommendation

Caregivers new to the UrbanSitter community can request recommendations from families, employers, and colleagues they've worked with previously who can speak to their caregiving skills, professionalism, personality, and more. Recommendations do not require a membership to submit and appear on the caregiver's profile as a 5-star review. For families reviewing caregivers booked on UrbanSitter, read here. 

To submit a caregiver recommendation:

1. Go to the caregiver’s profile
2. Click on the Reviews tab then Recommend
3. Select how you know each other
4. Write your recommendation
5. Click Submit Recommendation

Caregivers also have a personal recommendation link they can share that directs you to their recommendation page (information here). You aren't required to purchase a membership in order to submit your recommendation, but we do require you to create a free account.

From UrbanSitter's Terms of Service: Recommendations (as opposed to Reviews) should reflect your positive experiences with a Sitter. Negative content should not be submitted as part of a Recommendation and such content may be removed by UrbanSitter, in our sole discretion.
