When booking a caregiver for a job or in-person interview, you will select the payment method of cash or credit card. You can switch the payment method at any point until the booking starts.
To update the payment method of a job,
- Go to your accepted bookings
- Next to the booking, click View Details
- Scroll to payment type
- Click Change to cash/credit
- Click Yes, change to cash/credit
Note if the caregiver only accepts cash you will not be able to update the payment method to credit. If the job has already completed or the caregiver added the booking, please reach out to email@example.com to have the payment method changed.
