If your current membership plan isn't working for you, you can easily change your plan to one of our different membership options so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of an UrbanSitter membership while meeting the needs of your family. When you change your membership, your current plan will be switched to your new plan and we'll charge your credit card on file the transition fee (and follow up via email to confirm!).
To change your membership, access your Settings page from the drop-down menu next to your profile picture (accessible via a web or mobile web browser - not yet available on the UrbanSitter app).
Scroll down to Account Basics then click Change or Cancel Membership. Review our membership options, select your new plan, then click Save Changes. You'll see a green banner pop up that confirms this change.
Our Member Services team will then make this change to your membership, charge your card on file the transition fee, and follow up with you via the email address associated with your account. Once your membership change is confirmed, your new membership and next billing date will appear on your Settings page (accessible via the website and iOS app).
