Families and care seekers can change their membership to a different plan option without having to cancel and start again. To change your membership plan,
- Go to your Settings
- Next to membership plan, click Change or Cancel Membership
- Review plan options and select a new plan
- Click Save Changes
Member Services will update your account and follow up via email confirming the new plan, charge or refund, and next billing date. You can view your next billing date and membership details on your Settings page.
