What is Outschool?

As part of your UrbanSitter care benefit, you can transfer unused care credits to Outschool to pay for classes and tutoring.

How to transfer credits
First, create your Outschool account. Make sure to use the same email address associated with your UrbanSitter account! To find this, navigate to your Settings page.
To transfer credits,
- On UrbanSitter, go to the home page and scroll down to Online kids classes & activities
- Click Transfer credits
- Select the amount of credit you want to transfer ($15, $30, $45, or $60)
- Click Transfer credits
Look for the green success message to ensure your credits were successfully transferred!
You can transfer credits as many times as you like until your available UrbanSitter credit balance reaches $0. Please note credit transfers are non-refundable and cannot be undone.
How to check your credits were transferred
Go to Outschool > Transactions to view your credit transfers and balance. Transferred credits will be noted “from UrbanSitter”.
For help and feedback specific to Outschool (such as class purchases, cancellations, and refunds) contact Outschool Support at support@outschool.com.
Troubleshooting tips:
- Don’t see this option? Your employer may not be set up to transfer credits or you do not have available credit left to transfer
- Need to update your UrbanSitter email address to match Outschool? Do so on your Settings page
- Need more help from UrbanSitter? Email Member Services at support@urbansitter.com
