What is ActivityHero?
ActivityHero offers over 10,000 in-person and online camps, online enrichment classes, and after school programs for kids of all ages — everything from coding and robotics to soccer clinics, art workshops, tutoring, and more. With a nationwide network of trusted providers and easy search tools, you can quickly find activities that fit your child’s interests and schedule. As part of your UrbanSitter care benefit, you can transfer Care Credits to ActivityHero to pay for classes, camps, and tutoring.

How to transfer credits
First, create your ActivityHero account. Make sure to use the same email address associated with your UrbanSitter account. To find this, navigate to your Settings page.
To transfer credits,
- On UrbanSitter, go to your dashboard and scroll down to the ActivityHero section.
- Click Transfer credits
- Select the amount of credit you want to transfer ($25, $100, $500, or other)
- Click Transfer credits
Look for the green success message to ensure your credits were successfully transferred!
You can transfer credits as many times as you like until your available UrbanSitter credit balance reaches $0. Please note credit transfers are non-refundable and cannot be undone.
How to use your credits on ActivityHero
After clicking Transfer Credits on your dashboard, check for an email from ActivityHero containing your redemption code. Copy the code and click the "Redeem Your ActivityHero Credit" button.
Go to ActivityHero > My Account > Rewards and Credits and click the “Redeem Your ActivityHero Credit” link. Paste the redemption code in the box, and select “Apply”. The credit will be applied to your account so you can start booking activities.

Troubleshooting tips:
- Don’t see this option on your UrbanSitter dashboard? Your employer may not be set up to transfer credits or you do not have available credits to transfer.
