How to view my benefit details and Care Credits

As you enroll, take a few minutes to review the details of your UrbanSitter Corporate Care benefit. Your company or organization will share this information, and you can also find it at any time on your UrbanSitter dashboard.

Every benefit includes a free UrbanSitter Membership, giving you access to find, book, and pay for care. Depending on your benefit, you may also receive Care Credits. Any additional benefits available to you will be listed on your dashboard.

If your benefit includes Care Credits, you can use them to pay caregivers for their services. You can find this information on your dashboard in the ‘Care benefits’ section. To learn more, see How to use my benefit to pay caregivers.

If your benefit includes access to Outschool, you can transfer available Care Credits to pay for online classes and tutoring. You can find this information on your dashboard in the Outschool section. Before transferring your credits, review the available classes and tutoring options on Outschool. Please note that Care Credit transfers cannot be reversed or transferred back to your UrbanSitter account. To learn more, see How to transfer credits to Outschool.

If your benefit includes access to ActivityHero, you can transfer available Care Credits to pay for camps, classes, and workshops. You can find this information on your dashboard in the ActivityHero section. Before transferring your credits, review the available classes and camps on ActivityHero. If your benefit includes bringing on your own provider, contact our Member Services team at support@urbansitter.com for instructions on how to receive your free caregiver membership. If your benefit includes reimbursement for Out-of-Network care, you can use your Care Credits toward eligible providers outside of UrbanSitter and submit for reimbursement.
