How to enroll in my benefit

Enrolling in your UrbanSitter benefit only takes a few steps. Once enrolled, your free membership will be added to your account so you can start searching, messaging, and booking care. To enroll, follow these steps:

1. Go to urbansitter.com/enroll or use the enrollment link provided by your company or organization
2. Enter your work or organization email address
   1. Click ‘New user’ to sign up for your UrbanSitter account
   2. Click ‘Existing user’ if you have an existing UrbanSitter account
3. Follow the prompts to verify your eligibility for the benefit
